This Privacy Policy describes how Triad PC Repair of Lexington, Inc. doing business as Triad PC Support ("Triad PC Support," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through this client portal website (the "Portal"). This policy applies to visitors and clients who access the Portal.

By using the Portal, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This Privacy Policy covers the Portal only and does not govern data processing activities performed as part of our managed IT services (which is addressed separately in our Data Processing Agreement).

  • Contact Form: Name, email address, phone number, and message content when you contact us through the Portal.
  • Service Verification: Email address when you request a service plan verification.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Log Data: Standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security and diagnostic purposes only.
  • Cookies: We use only essential, functional cookies necessary for the Portal to operate. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See Section 5 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide support services: Routing and responding to your support requests and messages.
  • To verify your service account: Confirming your current managed service plan and coverage.
  • To communicate with you: Responding to inquiries, sending support updates, and sharing important service notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Essential cookies enable basic functions like navigation and form submissions. They do not track personal information across sessions or websites. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, doing so may affect Portal functionality.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service on this Portal.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include:

7. Data Retention

We retain information you submit through the Portal for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Support tickets and correspondence: Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping.
  • Server logs: Typically retained for 30–90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal information (see Section 8). We will honor such requests unless retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include:

  • Access: The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations.
