Note: These documents are legally binding agreements between Triad PC Support (Triad PC Repair of Lexington, Inc.) and its clients. By receiving managed IT services, you have agreed to the terms outlined in these documents. If you have questions or believe you received these documents in error, please contact us.
Foundation Effective: February 9, 2026

Master Services Agreement (MSA)

The core agreement governing the entire client relationship. Covers service delivery, payment terms, liability limitations, intellectual property, confidentiality, term and termination, and general client obligations. All other documents are incorporated by reference.

Key Highlights
  • Payment due on invoice; 1.5%/month late charge after due date
  • After-hours rate: 1.5×; Holiday rate: 2× (1-hour minimum)
  • Services suspended after 10 business days' notice for non-payment
  • Provider's liability capped at lesser of 3 months' fees or $1,000
  • Client may not solicit or hire Provider staff for 2 years after agreement
  • 30-day written notice required to terminate the MSA
